Q1: What is your price? Can I get a better priceor discount?
A1: Our price depends on the model and order quantity. As a direct manufacturer, we offer very competitive factory prices . Bigger quantity or long-term cooperation will enjoy better discounts. Please share the models and quantity you need, and we will quote you our best price.
Q2: Is the price including shipping cost? What payment methods you have?
A2: Normally, our price is EXW factory price.shipping is not included. Shipping cost depends on your destination,weight, and shipping method (express / air /sea). Please tell us your delivery address or nearest port, and we will check the best shipping solution for you.You could make payment By banktransfer, PayPal, Western Union or by RMB as your convenience.
Q3: Do you support OEM / ODM customization?
A3: Yes, we support OEM & ODM service.We can customize logo, packaging, color,function, and even product design.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I order small quantity or mixed models?
A4: We have no strict MOQ for standard products.Small quantity, mixed models, and trial orders are all welcome. For custom logo or packaging, MOQ is usually100 to 1000 pcs per model, depending on the item.
Q5: Can I get samples? Are samples free?
A5: Yes, samples are available for testing.Stock samples: free, you only pay shipping cost. Customized samples: sample cost may applyand can be refunded or deducted after bulkorder.Please tell us the model you need and your address, we will check details for you.
Q6: How do you control the quality? What is the warranty?
A6: Quality is our top priority.We confirm samples before mass production,conduct 100% inspection during production,and random inspection before shipment.All products come with 1 to 2 years warranty(depending on model).Our factory provides direct after-sales andtechnical support.
Q7: What products do you have? Can you share specifications?
A7: We offer a full product range with multiplehot-selling models, please tell me if you need price list.Detailed specifications (material, size, weight) and available colors are shown on product pages, please let me know which one do youneed? OEM colors and models are also available,what is your request?If you tell us your application or market, we can recommend the most suitable models.

A8: Order process is simple: Confirm model & quantity PI , Trade Assurance order Payment via T/T, PayPal, WesternUnion. Production & shipment with tracking number provided.
